Food and Wine Freak: Wine is my passion! As my friends and family know, I eat, breathe and sleep wine. I've even been known to recite German wine laws in my sleep. Pairing great wine with great food and sharing it with great friends is what I live for. I work as a server and Sommelier and cannot imagine doing anything else. I love going to work every day, and I don't consider it work. A day without wine is like a day without sunshine.
